I DON’T LIKE CRICKET – I LOVE IT

So sang 10cc all those years ago. But you don’t have to love cricket or even like it to be bowled over by DOUGLAS DRAMA GROUP’S Spring Production of Richard Harris’s OUTSIDE EDGE. As Roger assembles his intrepid team to face the might of the team from British Rail Maintenance Division Yeading East, his cricketing colleagues arrive with an array of wives, ex wives, girlfriends and other maidens. Circumstances spin out of control as events unfold, secrets are revealed, it’s not only the tea that’s strained its relations as well in this hilarious tragi-comedy. Come along and watch the action on WEDNESDAY 25, FRIDAY 27 or SATURDAY 28 April at PARBOLD WI HALL – the action starts at 7.30 and tickets @ £6 are on sale at the Do It Yourself Centre and Parbold  Fruit & Veg.
